- Straight collar. Buttoned placket. Custom-developed metal buttons with a "Polo Ralph Lauren" logo. Long sleeves with buttoned barrel cuffs.
- Two chest buttoned pockets. Two front waist pockets.
- Chain-stitched "Ralph" embroidery above the left chest pocket. "Polo" label on the left chest pocket. New York Yankees™ logo embroidered above the right chest pocket and at the centre back. “Ralph Lauren” embroidered at the centre back.
