A lively interpretation of eveningwear, the Marlee is crafted with stretch-infused silk charmeuse in a vibrant purple hue for an exceptional drape and delicate sheen. Showcasing Ralph Lauren's commitment to fine Italian craftsmanship, the fringe trim on this dress undergoes a multistep artisanal process to achieve its free-spirited sensibility. First, the fringe is laser-cut for a clean, raw edge. Next, a highly trained technician hand-applies a collection of materials, including beads and thread, for a rustic look. Finally, the technician finishes the fringe with a soft, machine-made knot. A bias-cut design and a scarf on the neckline offers a flattering fit and a romantic finish.

Details- Slim silhouette. Main body of the dress is designed to hit just below the knee. Fringe portion of the dress is designed to fall to the floor.
- UK size 12 has a 103.5 cm body length and an 83.8 cm sleeve length. Dress length and sleeve length are taken from the centre back of the neck. Dress length changes 0.6 cm between sizes. Sleeve length changes less than 0.6 cm between sizes.
- One-shoulder drape on the neckline. Scarf extends from the left shoulder and can be draped around the neck to hang down the back. Concealed left side-seam zip with a hook-and-eye closure.
- Cape-like long right sleeve.
- Bias-cut design. Beaded fringe trim.
- Shell: 94% mulberry silk, 6% elastane. Decoration: 80% metallic fibre, 20% polyester.
- Dry clean. Made in Italy.
- Due to the raw edges created by a laser cutting technique, slight fraying could occur over time. This is an inherent characteristic of using this technique on woven fabrics.
